We have had a fantastic and relaxed week here at Avocet Rest. Such stunning surroundings and accommodation, you want for nothing! Plenty of walks for our Labrador, plenty to do. Gill and Rick, the perfect hosts. We sadly leave here, 'completly rested' We'll be back. Thank you.

We have been to many Hoseasons cottages throught the country and Avocet Rest is by far the best one we have been to for hospitality. Rick and Gill are most helpful and we have been made most welcome. The welcome pack was second to none and very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely week.

Thank you ever so much for your hospitality over these 3 weeks. It has been an excellent place for a busman's holiday. We've enjoyed the Avocets and Terns at Freiston Shore.

The best place I have ever been to in 25 years of going self catering. The hosts were wonderful, and the property is outstanding and in a unique setting and ideal for cycling. It should be 5 star!
